Okay, the best part of the night for me was when Paula tried to comment on Allison's singing while trying to hide the mustache Simon had given her! lol It WAS a great night of singing though, the best top 10 since I have started watching Idol about 6-7 years ago. Other than Megan Joy(who seemed like she was "on" something) everyone did pretty well with a few standouts.
My disappointment was with Lil who should have blasted this weeks song out of the park, but her song didn't really "go" anywhere, it was very safe and didn't really show her skills. I thought the first(Matt) and last(Allison) songs of the night were the two standout perfomances. I thought Dannys performance was better than the judges thought but didn't care so much for the lyric content for someone in his position as worship leader.
Anoop CAN sing!! Last week was not a fluke! He just needs to keep picking the right songs...
Adam Lambert is the altimate showman. His change from last week to this was dramatic and his vocals convince me that he will end up in the top 3 before this is over. (still don't care for his metrosexual thing goin' on there...)
I have very much enjoyed Michael Sarvers voice and spirit before, but after finding out that he leads(or lead) a worship and praise team at Harvest Church in Jasper, TX and was once a lead singer at Victory Christian Center in Houston, I can see why he seems out of place on "Idol". I don't know, but I think God has a different/higher calling for him than what Idol might bring...
and finding that Kris Allen works with the worship ministy at his church and also works with Chi Alpha Campus Ministries really explains his gentle spirit and humble heart(and Kris's response last night when Simon said he needed an ego )

I would feel bad to see Michael go, but he just may be the one. I like his voice and his delivery, but he may come across to people like soneone not willing to listen to advice. I'm not sure I like the talking back to the judges. Also, some are saying that Danny's piece was edited to make it look like he did not take Smokey's advice, which may invite more criticism about him being arrogant and such. I hope this does not work out negatively for him. I sgree that Adam and Allison were great last night.

I think Scott's going home. He's had four performances now and there hasn't been much variety among them. I think we've seen all we're going to see from Scott, so there's no point in keeping him around another week just to get the same old thing. I think Michael's fans are going to vote extra hard since he was in the Bottom 3 last week and it'll be enough to save him.

I'm hoping that either Megan Joy or Scott go home. I've never really cared for either of them and feel they are out of their league, but I think Michael is going to go home.

My favorites of the night were Allison, Anoop, and Adam...followed closely by Danny.

Phil, I think you meant Michael will be sent packing which I agree with totally, but I love his attitude. I really think it should be Megan but maybe next week for her.
The performances I enjoyed the most tonight were Matt, Adam, Danny and Allison. I also think those should be the final four.
